The group Augustana members are all from California where the band was originally formed. The band is made up of Dan Layus (Lead vocals, guitar, and piano), Chris Sachtleben (Lead Guitar and Mandolin), Jared Palomar (bass, Keyboards, and vocals) and Justin South (Drums). The group signed with Epic Records and released their first album entitled " All the Stars and Boulevards" which got them right in to the spotlight where they wanted to be. They have toured with the big names such as The Fray, Switchfoot, Goo Goo Dolls, and Counting Crows to name a few. They have also played in sold out clubs nationwide.
