He is the father of Hailie Jade and revolves the world around his daughter. Eminem is known for winning awards and also for his acting in the big screen movie "8 Mile".
Eminem has made his mark with his music and he started that all off with his first album "Slim Shady LP" that was the biggest selling album in 1999. His first album went triple platinum. Eminem then went on to release his second album " Marshall Mathers LP" which rapidly sold over 2 million copies, becoming the fastest selling rap album on all time. The next album "The Eminem Show" was another big selling album for Eminem. In its first week of sales it sold over a million copies. In 2004 Eminem released his album "Encore" that went 6 times platinum. Then in 2005 Eminem released his album "Curtain Call: The Hits". It was a collection of all Eminems top hits and sold rapidly like normal. He went on to release "Eminem Presents: The Re-Up". It's a collection of remixes and songs from all the artists from Shady Records.
Eminem has his own record label "Shady Records" that was created in 2000 and is a sub label of Dr. Dre's label Aftermath Entertainment. Such artists like Obi Trice, D-12, Stat Quo, DJ Green Lantern and Bobby Creekwater are just some of the artists that are signed to Shady Records.
