Craig Morgan was born in Kingston Springs, Tennessee on July 17th, 1965. He is a neo-traditional country music artist. Craig became an Emergency medical technician at the age of 18, a few years later he joined the Army and was stationed in South Korea. When he was in the army, he was wrote several different songs and won many different army singing and songwriting contests. Craig spent 10 years in the army before retiring. Apart from performing at the Opry, he would perform for the troops overseas because he knew how good it felt when performers came overseas to perform while he was serving in the Army.

In 2000, Craig released his first album "Craig Morgan". His singles from the album were "Something to Write Home About", "The Kid in Me", "Paradise" and "I Want Us Back". None of these singles even made it into the top 20 of the country charts.

In 2002, Craig released his second album entitled "I Love It". The singles from this album were "God, Family and Country", "Almost Here", "Every Friday Afternoon" and "Look at us". The only single to make it into the top was "Almost Home" that came in at number 6 on the country charts.

Craig released his third album in 2005 entitled "My Kind of Lovin". This was one of his better albums with almost every single from the album hitting at the top 10 of the charts. His singles from this album were "That's What I Love About Sundays", "Redneck Yacht Club" and "I Got You".

Craig latest album released at the end of 2006 entitled "Little Bit Of Life". He has two singles that have been released are "Little Bit Of Life" and "Tough". "Little Bit Of Life" came in at number 7 on the country charts.

Craig has been working on his music for many years and from the looks of it, it is paying off big time for him. He has much experience in the music world, which helps him out in many ways. We are going to be hearing from Craig Morgan for many years to come with his great soulful music.
