This teenage drama deals with many different problems relating to both
teenagers and adults. There are many different situations the kids get
involved in that may seem a bit out of the ordinary but it is all
normal in the life of Tree Hill. Characters include Chad Michael
Murray as Lucas Eugene Scott, James Lafferty as Nathan Scott, Hilarie
Burton as Peyton Elizabeth Sawyer, Bethany Joy Lenz as Haley James
Scott, Paul Johansson as Dan Scott, Sophia Bush as Brooke Penelope
Davis, Barbara Alyn Woods as Deb Helen Scott, Barry Corbin as Coach
Whitey Durham, Craig Sheffer as Keith Scott, Moira Kelly as Karen Roe.
While many of the teenage characters struggle to find their own place
in Tree Hill the adults deal with many of there past decisions that
affect there very own kids.
Both of the main characters share a love for the game of basketball,
but that isn't the only thing they share. Both Lucas (Chad Michael
Murray) and Nathan (James Lafferty) share the same father. This is
probably one of the biggest storylines of the story besides all of the
high school dramas that everyone goes through. Both characters
struggle to find their own place in Tree Hill and try to uncover the
truth of what happened when they were just growing up. There is a bit
of resentment between the two brothers trying to fight for the love of
their father.
There are tons of secret relationships that you don't find out exist
until you actually get involved in the drama yourself. There are many
different twists and turns almost like a daytime soap opera. The
characters go through many different situations that make them grow up
real fast; many of them don't know how to deal with the pressures of
teenage life and resort to different alternatives. This television
drama will make you want to watch every episode as it grabs the viewer
by their emotional string and keeps them coming back day after day.
One Tree Hill airs on the new CW but was originally aired on the WB
network. You can catch an episode Wednesdays at 8pm ET on the new CW.
