The show is a competition where models compete to be the top model. Judges for the show are Tyra Banks, creator of the show, Jay Manuel, Nigel Barker, J. Alexander, and Twiggy Lawson. Former judges were Janice Dickinson, Nolé Marin, Beau Quillian, Kimora Lee Simmons, and Eric Nicholson.
Each season of America’s Next Top Model includes 9 to 13 episodes and begins with 10 to 14 contestants. One contestant is eliminated during each episode.
