CSI Las Vegas also known as CSI: Crime Scene Investigation is a very popular and forerunner to other CSI related television shows.
CSI Las Vegas was created by Anthoy E. Zuiker and is considered a police drama. CSI Las Vegas is a television series about a team of forensic scientists who work with the Las Vegas Police Department in Florida. In most cases, you will hear the team referred to as the Crime Scene Investigation division of the Las Vegas Police Department most often referred to by police officers as the Las Vegas Crime Lab.
The forensic scientist team investigates strange, unusual, and mysterious deaths in order to determine the person that killed the person, the reason behind the murder, and aids in solving all kinds of serious crimes including rape. In most episodes the show focues on one single case instead of two or three cases. Some of the same characters have also been seen in other CSI relatated shows.
